Liputan6.com, Jakarta Disaster Victim Identification (DVI) team from Southwest Sulawesi Police department continues on identification process of Aviastar otter airliner crash victims. Preliminary identification process has been done on 3 victims of the aircraft that was discovered at Papaja mountain in the district of Luwu, South Sulawesi region.
The Head of Search and Rescue team (Basarnas), Soelistyo has previously submitted the case to the Head of Southwest Sulawesi Police Department, Pudji Hartanto who immediately instructed for the conduction of identification process performed by at least 29 competent doctors.

The first three successfully identifies victims include:
30 year old male who was identified by relying on secondary data including medical and property owned, 26 year old female from Makassar identified through supporting primary data and secondary data of property ownership and the third one, 43 year old male from Papua who has been identified by relying on secondary data of property ownership.
Public Relation Officer from the Southwest sulawesi Police Department, Frans Barung Mangera informs that the identified victims will soon be delivered back to their families.
"We will soon make an official report regarding victims submission back to their families," Frans told Liputan6.com, Wednesday (7/10/2015).
Aviastar twin otter airline en route Masambaa- Makassar lost contact after making its last communication with Ujungpandang ATC on Friday 2 October 2015. The aircraft was carrying 7 passengers along with 3 cabin crew. (Akp/Ein)
