Liputan6.com, Jakarta The notoriously recognized terrorist network Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (popularly known as ISIS) recently published a video through its media center showing images and nine people who are believed to be the assailants wreaking havoc in France Capital city on November 13, 2015 giving their last statement whilst conducting violent acts as a sign of their fearlessness in performing terror elsewhere.

"These are the last messages of the nine lions of the caliphate who were mobilized from their lairs to make a whole country, France, get down on its knees," a narrator in the video said whilst showing the alleged perpetrators of November 13 attacks beheading hostages, as cited in Al Jazeera.

The 17-minute clip carries with it a terrifying ending as the last part of the video has been dedicated for warning message threatening an attack in the United Kingdom. It includes footage of major London sites and UK Prime Minister David Cameron and Speaker of the House of Commons John Bercow.

The rest of the scenes focuses very much on the nine assailants of Paris attacks which include Bilal Hadfi, Samy Amimour, Abdelhamid Abaaoud, Salah Abdeslam, Brahim Abdeslam, Omar Ismail Mostefai, Chakib Akrouh and M. Al- Mahmod where they can be seen engaging themselves in target practice and other ventures akin to scenes found in previous ISIS propaganda footage.

“We are currently examining this latest Daesh propaganda video- another desperate move from an appalig terrorist group that is clearly in decline,” UK government spokesman said, citing from The Guardian.

It was initially viewed as impossible for the footage to be independently verified in terms of its authenticity and confirmation regarding the threat directed to Britain.

Laith Alkhouri of Flashpoint Global Partners told Al Jazeera however that he posits, the “video meets all the right criteria of an authentic and official (ISIL) release”.

It has been speculated that should the identities of the men in the video successfully unraveled, then there is a strong indication that the nine assailants were not only influenced by ISIS but managed and governed by the group from strongholds in both Syria and Iraq.

One of the attackers who are shown wearing camouflage fatigues in a desert location in the video that was uploaded in ISIL’s official telegram channel, supposedly Abaaoud can be heard from a voice recording addressing the group’s intention to make furtherance of attacks in retaliation over airstrikes conducted in Iraq and Syria.

“How strange it is that e find ourselves today hearing and insignificant leader like you challenge the might of the Islamic State,” he stated in the video as cited in the Telegraph.co.uk.

He then continued stating that David Cameron is a “slave of the white house” and claimed that he “learned the lessons from pathetic master in Washington and its failed campaign against the Islamic State”. Mr. Cameron is being called “imbecile” for joining a coalition directed at the eradication of the Islamic State and showing similar “arrogance and foolishness” similar to his predecessors “Blair and Brown”.

“In fact David, you are more of an imbecile. Only an imbecile would dare to wage war against a land where the law of Allah reigns supreme and where the people live under the justice and security of Sharia. Only an imbecile would dare to anger a people who love death the way you love your life,” he concluded.

Prime Minister David Cameron spokesman, French Foreign Ministry and Spokeswoman for the National Security Council at the White House have not yet issued any comment regarding the video and the statements it hold in the video.
