Liputan6.com, Jakarta - The Indonesian Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) will soon find its most suitable leader to carry out the incredibly difficult task of eliminating corruption and bring the actors behind such practice into justice. KPK Selection Committee is currently examining each candidate, who has applied for top-level position and has come up with a few names with evidence of potentialities taken into account.
Many think that the criterion sets for an individual to be accepted into KPK candidacy is limited to merely ‘intelligent’ or capable in addressing corruption-related issues. Little did they know that the institution desires a leader that is not only intelligent and ambitious in performing their duty but also kind-hearted by nature.
One of the candidates who sought for the Commission top-level position, Sujanarko said that a kind hearted person is what he will encourage himself to be should he be chosen as the successor of KPK leaders in the past.

"People who work for KPK, especially professing as the leader of the institution ought to learn how to be kind and generous. Leaders have to approach its staff, not the other way around. I suppose that is what the institution has been lacking on. Kind hearted leaders would not allow for cases to be prolonged and avoid staging any form of provocation that may, cause a conflict and spur its exacerbation," Sujanarko informed on last stage of interview session for KPK candidacy on Wednesday 26 August 2015.
He further explained that the institution's rigidness has caused for problems to arise internally. Miscommunication and failure to reach peaceful end on several conflicts have been the products of ineffective coordination among involving divisions. He therefore sought for a position that allows him to apply desired kind hearted nature and hopes that it would bring some dramatic encouragement to the institution.
