The development of mode of transportation infrastructure Jakarta- Bandung railway serves as a blueprint underlining the expansion of relation between the two nations which is not limited solely to sectors such as political, economic, trade, social and people to people. As economic giants the two can gain the benefits from closing in deals in this particular field. Indonesian President Jokowi sought to make notable progresses within the archipelago state and China's involvement in the its infrastructure venture means that realization of his ambition could b achieved quicker than expected.Â
Similarly for China, its take in the developing country's project would help its gain regional prominence in Asia as well as deepen "commercial development and  business outlook", said Ambassador Xie Feng.Â
As economically- vibrant, often decorated with traffic congestion cities, Jakarta and Bandung are among many of other cities within Java region that continually make exchanges with one another. Human and logistics movements from Jakarta to Bandung and vice versa have been hindered hitherto due to proper route and mode of transportation proper enough to allow for arrival to be on estimated time of arrival.Â
In spite of having a new toll road as an option for those movements to take place, it does not assure the privilege of having it done in a shortened length of time. According to Ambassor Xie Feng, his country is "glad to see more and more Indonesian people" welcome the JBHR with "increasing enthusiasm and support". He also informed that his country is just as excited as the local residents as they "are eagerly waiting for the project to help jump-start local economy and change their life for the better".
