Jessica, Ibu yang Tetap Ramping Meski Anaknya Sudah Tujuh

Tubuh Jessica tetap ramping meski dia adalah ibu dari tujuh orang anak. Dia berupaya menjaga tubuhnya senantiasa bugar.

Liputan6.com, Jakarta Penampilan ibu dari tujuh orang anak ini dipuji warganet. Tahun ini dia berusia 43. Namun, tubuh langsing dan wajah awet muda membuat dia lebih layak disebut "kakak" ketimbang "ibu" untuk anak perempuan dia yang berumur 23 tahun.

Perempuan yang "menggemparkan" ranah media sosial Instagram ini bernama Jessica Enslow dari Utah, Amerika Serikat. Baru-baru ini Jessica mengunggah sebuah foto bersama sang putri, Alyssa, yang sedang berulang tahun. Lilin yang menancap di kue menunjukkan umur Alyssa sekarang.

Warganet yang melihat foto itu tak percaya bahwa mereka adalah ibu dan anak. Sekalipun di keterangan foto tertulis jelas kata-kata 'Happy Birthday to My Sweet Girl'.

"Kupikir mereka seperti saudara kembar," kata salah seorang pengikut Instagram Jessica.

Rasa kaget itu dapat dimaklumi. Jessica memang tidak tampak seperti seorang ibu yang sudah melahirkan sebanyak tujuh kali. Pertama kali ia melahirkan pada 1994 dan terakhir melahirkan sekitar lima tahun lalu.

#flashbackfriday || I used to fear getting older. I literally thought I was old the minute I turned 24, no joke. Oddly, I feel younger now, in many ways, than I did 20 years ago. Obviously, diet and exercise have helped, but I also don't smoke or drink and I've cut wayyy back on diet caffeinated soda because even though I was "allowed" to have it on prep, I definitely felt a difference in how I felt, and it wasn't good. Just being skinny doesn't make you healthy. Surrounding yourself with loving, supportive people has been such an important element in my life too. I am so lucky to have an amazing spouse, parents and in-laws! My next goal is to do more #yoga 🙆🏼 I've been inspired by friends I've met here on IG & I feel it would definitely help decrease stress & increase flexibility🙏🏻💜 What keeps you healthy?

Jessica sudah dua kali menikah. Pernikahan pertama menghasilkan empat orang anak dan yang terakhir melahirkan tiga orang anak.

Seperti dikutip dari situs Fox News pada Jumat, 19 Januari 2018, Jessica adalah ibu yang gemar pergi ke pusat kebugaran atau gym. Bisa tiga kali dalam seminggu. Dia juga tidak lupa melakukan aktivitas kardio di pagi hari. Saat seluruh anak dan suami tercinta masih terlelap.

Menurut Jessica, semua ibu bisa memperbaiki kesehatan diri sendiri setelah melahirkan jika memang mau. Selalu lakukan apa pun yang Anda bisa. Tentukan tujuan dan cari cara menggapai tujuan itu.

"Saya tahu kalau ada kemauan pasti ada jalan," kata Jessica.
