You Know You're Right adalah lagu terakhir yang direkam Kurt Cobain bersama Nirvana sebelum ia tewas namun tak pernah rilis hingga 2002 sebagai bagian dari album kompilasi hits Nirvana. Sebelum rilis ke pasaran, lagu ini sempat menjadi rebutan antara personel Nirvana yang tersisa; Kurt Novoselic dan Dave Grohl, dengan janda mendiang Cobain, Courtney Love.
